We do not guarantee specific results or improvements to your advertising performance.

When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for: • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials • All activities that occur under your account • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

You agree NOT to use the Service to: • Violate any applicable laws or regulations • Infringe on intellectual property rights • Transmit malware or malicious code • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems • Interfere with other users' use of the Service • Use automated scripts to access the Service without permission • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination.

Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice. You are responsible for providing valid payment information and keeping it current.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that: • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free • Results obtained will be accurate or reliable • The Service will meet your specific requirements Facebook Ads performance depends on many factors outside our control. We provide tools and recommendations, but cannot guarantee advertising results.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ADOPTIMO.PRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR: • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities • Damages arising from use or inability to use the Service • Actions taken based on automation rules you configure Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via: • Email notification to your registered address • Prominent notice on the Service Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you disagree with changes, you must stop using the Service and close your account.
