Terms of use

These terms cover the AdoptiMind WhatsApp CRM at https://adoptimind.com. The product is a multi-tenant service for businesses. It is not a general-purpose messaging gateway and it is not a payment processor.

Accounts and workspaces

You are responsible for the people you invite into a business workspace and for the customer data you store there. Access follows membership. Creating an account creates an incomplete subscription record. That status is not a paid plan.

WhatsApp is a Meta product. AdoptiMind is designed to connect through the official WhatsApp Cloud API. Until live sending is enabled, a screen that mentions WhatsApp is not confirmation that a message left AdoptiMind. You must follow Meta’s policies and obtain any consent required to message your customers.

Payments

Listed prices are informational. Razorpay checkout is not enabled in this release. Clicking a billing control does not create a Razorpay order, subscription, or charge. A subscription becomes active only after a later release verifies a real provider event.

Acceptable use

Do not use AdoptiMind to send unlawful, deceptive, or unsolicited messages, to store credentials you are not allowed to hold, or to attempt to access another business’s workspace.
