Privacy Policy

AdoptiMind provides a multi-tenant WhatsApp CRM at https://adoptimind.com. This policy describes the Phase 1 product. It is not a promise that live WhatsApp delivery or Razorpay charging is active.

Data we store

When you create a workspace we store your name, email address, a password hash, the business name, a membership role, and a session record. Contacts you add can include a name, phone number, and optional email. Message, campaign, and workflow records are stored per business when those features write data. Audit logs record events such as signup and denied tenant access.

How businesses are separated

A user can open a business only when a membership row links that user to that tenant. A tenant id typed or submitted by the browser is ignored unless that membership exists. We do not use a client-supplied tenant id as proof of access.

WhatsApp and payments

Messaging is intended to use the official Meta WhatsApp Cloud API. Payments are intended to use Razorpay. Phase 1 does not send those requests. Access tokens and Razorpay secrets are read from environment variables only when a later phase enables them, and they are not written into the database by this release.
