Refund and cancellation policy

AdoptiMind is a software workspace at https://adoptimind.com. There is no physical shipment. This page is the refund and cancellation policy for listed plans.

Free plan

You can open a workspace on the Free plan without a card. No payment is collected for that plan, so there is nothing to refund. You can stop using the workspace at any time.

Paid plans

Starter and Pro prices on the site are informational until Razorpay live checkout is enabled in production. Clicking a billing control does not create a Razorpay order or charge while that flag is off. A paid subscription becomes active only after Razorpay confirms payment.

When a live charge does succeed, a refund request can be emailed to hello@adoptimind.com within seven days of the charge if the workspace was not used to send live WhatsApp traffic. Approved refunds return through the original Razorpay payment method. Agency / Scale billing is arranged directly and is not self-serve checkout.

Cancellation

You can remain on Free without a card. After a paid period is confirmed, write to hello@adoptimind.com to cancel renewal. Cancellation stops a later period; it does not automatically refund time already paid unless the seven-day rule above applies.
