Acceptable use policy

AdoptiMind is a WhatsApp CRM for businesses you are authorized to operate. These rules apply to every workspace at https://adoptimind.com. They sit alongside Meta’s WhatsApp policies and Indian law.

Allowed use

Use AdoptiMind to store contacts you have a right to hold, run a shared inbox for your business, and prepare campaigns or workflows for customers who have given required consent. Live WhatsApp sending stays off until this deployment enables it and your number is connected.

Not allowed

• Unsolicited, deceptive, or unlawful WhatsApp messages, including spam and phishing.
• Messaging people who have not given the consent Meta and local law require.
• Trying to open another company’s workspace or guess another user’s password.
• Uploading malware, scraping the service, or overloading the lead webhook.
• Storing payment card numbers, government ID scans, or secrets this product is not built to hold.
• Using AdoptiMind as a bulk gateway that bypasses official WhatsApp Cloud API rules.

Enforcement

We may suspend a workspace that breaks these rules or Meta’s terms. We do not access another tenant’s contacts to investigate a report unless a membership or a lawful request requires it.
