Cookie Policy

This policy explains cookies on https://adoptimind.com and https://www.adoptimind.com. AdoptiMind is a multi-tenant WhatsApp CRM. We do not use cookies to invent visitor counts, advertising profiles, or third-party marketing pixels in this release.

Cookies we set

After you sign in, AdoptiMind stores an HTTP-only session cookie named for this product. That cookie holds a random session token. The database stores only a hash of the token. The cookie is marked Secure in production and uses SameSite=Lax. It is required to keep you signed in to a workspace.

What we do not set

This release does not set advertising cookies, social-media tracking cookies, or a separate cookie-consent manager. Marketing pages can be read without creating an account. The public contact form does not drop a tracking cookie and does not deliver email.

How long they last

The session cookie expires with the signed-in session (seven days from creation unless you sign out sooner). Signing out removes the cookie from the browser.
